Join Midsommer Flight in the parks this summer for free outdoor Shakespeare!
Cymbeline shares many familiar tropes with other Shakespeare works and fairy tales: there’s true love, adventure, disguised identities, adulterous schemes, an evil stepmother queen, and even a potion whose effects mimic death. There are also timely questions of equity, gender roles, power, and deceit. Despite being one of Shakespeare’s lesser-known plays, it is nonetheless an epic story and we cannot wait to share it with audiences. See you in the parks this summer!
